1. Acceptance of CCD Diary: Vintage Camera Terms

By installing or using CCD Diary: Vintage Camera, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CCD Diary: Vintage Camera.

2. Description of CCD Diary: Vintage Camera

CCD Diary: Vintage Camera is an iPhone application that lets you capture or import photos, apply vintage filters (CCD digital, Korean film, old phone), adjust color and grain, add date stamps, and save or share results. All photo processing occurs on your device. CCD Diary: Vintage Camera is not a web-based SaaS platform.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CCD Diary: Vintage Camera for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store rules. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of CCD Diary: Vintage Camera.

4. No Account Required

CCD Diary: Vintage Camera does not require user registration. You are responsible for the security of your iPhone and any photos you create or store.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

CCD Diary: Vintage Camera offers a free tier and optional Pro features through In-App Purchases:

• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no recurring charges
• Prices are displayed in the App Store and may vary by region
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Use Restore Purchases in CCD Diary: Vintage Camera to recover Pro on a new device

All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you create with CCD Diary: Vintage Camera. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to edit, save, and share any images you process. Do not use CCD Diary: Vintage Camera to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CCD Diary: Vintage Camera for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass Pro features without a valid purchase
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app
• Use automated tools to interfere with the app or its purchase systems

8. Intellectual Property

CCD Diary: Vintage Camera, including its filters, presets, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property beyond the limited license above.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CCD Diary: Vintage Camera is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CCD Diary: Vintage Camera, including loss of photos or data.

11. Apple Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple, Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. CCD Diary: Vintage Camera is licensed to you, not sold, through the App Store.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of CCD Diary: Vintage Camera after changes constitutes acceptance.
